So I have begun looking for food items that I shall blog. An Asian cuisine, more specifically a Japanese cuisine. I have started taking photos and collecting ideas of the different foods and ideas from which I shall select.
But I feel I'm leaning more towards an Asian cuisine as a whole and rather than concentrating on one specific area. The healthy versions of foods which are not popular.
