I really wanted to feature sushi on the cover page, and found the perfect way to make it Vegan + gluten free. Here below are a few inspirations of how I would like my cover page to look bold and minimalistic. It features a local food magazine 'yummy'.

After looking through a lot of food magazines, I have decided to focus on creating a magazine that covers foods that represent different people and their beliefs and not the asian cuisine particularly. Through food research I have come across various different diets that people consume. Such as Gluten-free diets, Vegan diets, or any allergy based foods.
Exploring all these made me realize that it would be very interesting to educate others about various diets. Hence I have decided to concentrate on Vegan diets for this month's magazine issue, as it was inspired by my friends who are Vegan.
